Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions to suit them
• Assist buyers in finding the right property for their needs
• Assist sellers in marketing their property, listing, and advertising
• Consult clients on the buying process, market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Research local market for value and comparable pricing
• Advise owners on tax deductions and expenses
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements and other necessary paperwork)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and maintain positive relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, Coordinate open houses, and listings for properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Network and build connections; continue education and training

Requirements

• Meet state required licensing/certification for real estate. Become member of local/State/National Realtor associations.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to create multiple timelines, and schedules
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

*Prior Real Estate experience preferred but not required for the right individual
